Labor Day weekend is one week away, which has got me thinking about cookouts! I’ll be heading to my parents’ house next weekend for a big gathering to say goodbye to summer with burgers and hot dogs and maybe one last dip in the pool. This weekend, however, I may do a little work in my own backyard to see if I can get it in shape to host a cookout of its own.
