Nixxes Software has released a patch for the PC version of Rise of the Tomb Raider that adds a couple of new graphics options.
The patch fixes a few startup issues with Steam, updates the option screens, improves the UI, adds two new graphics options (Specular Reflection Quality and the ability to disable film-grain), improves HBAO+ quality, and fixes a number of bugs.
The patch will be automatically applied the next time the game is started.
